Job Responsibilities

A Primary Care Physician position on our El Paso, TX team can offer you:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule with a shared call rotation
• More time with your patients - typical 20 to 40-minute-long exam times

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Board certified (BC) or Board eligible (BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Geriatrics expertise is preferred
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of TX
• Current, unrestricted DEA license - currently active or eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
• Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment
• Knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality indicators
