Outpatient Practice with Nursing Home - East Coast

We are seeking an Internist or Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinic, offering a unique opportunity to experience stunning natural beauty while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. This position provides an impressive work-life balance with a 4-day work week and no ramp-up period, allowing you to immediately take on an existing patient panel. You will manage low volumes of around 22 patients per day with extensive administrative support, ensuring a relaxed lifestyle.

Position Highlights:

  • $335,000+ Total Compensation: Guaranteed base salary + wRVU productivity bonuses.
  • 4-Day Work Week: Flexible schedule tailored to your preferences.
  • Low Patient Volume: Around 22 patients per day for a manageable workload.

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient clinic is located in a recently renovated office building.
  • Part of a 25-bed critical access hospital offering comprehensive services.
  • Nursing home on campus providing long-term care for up to 84 residents with medical, rehabilitative, and skilled nursing services.

Flexible Schedule:

  • 4-day work week: Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to design your workweek back to back
  • 3 clinic days and 1 nursing home day.
  • Shared call limited to phone call only (4 days per month).

Cases and Procedures:

  • Focus on outpatient family medicine with chronic disease management and preventative care.
  • Older adult patient panel with complex conditions.
  • Minimal procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Family or Geriatric Medicine.
  • BLS and DEA certifications required.
