- Monday-Friday schedule; 4-day workweek option available
Cases and Procedures
- Outpatient family medicine focused on chronic disease management and preventative care
- Older adult patient panel with complex conditions
- Minimal procedural requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Geriatric Medicine/Primary Care Physician
- BLS and DEA certifications required
