Facility is seeking a Geriatric trained physician for a 100% Geriatric patient population, performing Geriatric consults in the outpatient clinic and SNF settings.
Position Details:
- Weekdays only
- Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
- You will be joining and established team of Geriatric & Palliative Care providers
- Our system offers a robust compliment of senior resources that our team works closely with to provide a personalized, coordinated care
- Efficient operations, robust and engaged support staff
- EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting
