Job Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide routine and preventive care, including physical exams and vaccinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.
Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ Years of experience
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
State medical license and DEA registration.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
Must be bilingual in Spanish
