A non-profit healthcare organization in the Boston, Massachusetts, area is seeking to hire a Geriatrician who is passionate about providing quality care to the geriatric population. The Physician will be part of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team and will be involved in caring for high-risk older adults living in the community, with a strong focus on the participants' goals, as well as providing excellent geriatric care management.


About the opportunity:

  • Mainly outpatient with occasional nursing homes
  • Monday through Friday 8 am-4 pm
  • Average daily patient census is approximately 8-13
  • Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible
  • Deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs,
  • Market rate salary plus full benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO, and retirement plan
