Practice Setting
- Our team has been providing comprehensive care for the elderly in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 50 years
- Fully integrated PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting
- Very low volume, averaging 3 patients per day
- Join a collaborative, collegial, and team-oriented environment with ample support staff
