Location: Armstrong County, PA
Compensation: $225,000 - $275,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-call once a week)

Responsibilities as the Physician (Post-Acute Care):
- Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients, focusing on preventive care and health maintenance in long-term care settings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of Nurse Practitioners to ensure the highest level of care.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
- Documentation: Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily.
- On-Call: Participate in after-hours and weekend telephone call coverage on a rotating basis.
- Licensing: Current, unrestricted DO/MD license in Pennsylvania.
- Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or related Medical Specialties.
