We seek a compassionate and skilled Physician specializing in Geriatrics or Cognitive Neurology to join our team.

Position Summary: We are seeking a remote Physician specializing in Geriatrics or Cognitive Neurology to both see and assess patients with cognitive disorders and provide supervision and support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in various states where our patients reside. This role requires strong clinical experience in managing patients with memory and cognitive disorders and proficiency in telemedicine platforms.


Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Neurology with a subsequent fellowship in Behavioral/cognitive Neurology or Geriatrics.
  • Strong clinical experience in managing patients with memory/cognitive disorders.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Neurology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in state where supervision is required
  • Proficiency in telemedicine platforms and technologies for conducting remote patient consultations.
  • Strong clinical skills in geriatric and cognitive assessment, management of complex medical conditions, and medication management.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with elderly patients, families, and healthcare colleagues through virtual channels.
  • Commitment to staying up to date with advancements in Memory/cognitive disorders and their care and management, telemedicine, and healthcare technology.
