Primary Care Physician
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
Population: Geriatrics
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elderly patients.

Monitor and assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
-
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
-
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
-
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Peds, or Geriatrics.

Current license to practice medicine in the state of California.
