A unique practice opportunity awaits a caring Geriatrician or Primary Care provider who is passionate about caring for older people. The location is scenic western Massachusetts, where real estate is more affordable, and life is more enjoyable.


About the position:

  • Full or Part-Time positions available
  • Minimum of 2 days per week
  • You will be trained to follow the PACE program
  • Treatment will be delivered to most benefit the patient
  • Daily patient census is 10-12 patients per day

Who we are seeking:

  • MD or DO
  • IM, FM Residency, and/or Geriatrics Fellowship training
  • Board eligible or board certification in IM, FM, and/or Geriatrics
  • MA licensed or ability to obtain one
  • Must possess compassion and empathy, and have a focus on wellness, rather than patient volume
