Covelo Direct is recruiting for a full time, or locum tenens, Primary Care Physician who has an interest in Geriatric patients.
Provide general health care to adult patients, including health maintenance, episodic/acute care, and chronic disease management.
Day-to-day duties include:
Provide general health care to adult patients, including health maintenance, episodic/acute care, and chronic disease management.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Providing primary medical management for patients.
- Delivering patient care and education in a manner that is appropriate to patient's age, physical ability, education level and culture.
- Perform minor procedures as appropriate.
- Initiate consultations and in-service training to staff.
- Document history and exams, assessments, and treatment interventions in medical records.

- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in geriatric medicine preferred
- MA state medical license with no restrictions
- Controlled substance registration certificate at the state and federal level
- EPIC experience preferred
