Currently, there are 550 teammates at MyCare Medical and 100% year over year growth is anticipated in 2022.

- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
- Job Description:
- Typical outpatient Primary Care services
- Managed Care
- Partnership opportunities down the line
- Patient Population: Geriatrics | Ages 65+
- Call Schedule: Telephone call only
- No visiting hospitals
- Call is triaged by a nurse case manager
- PPD: 12-16 PPD
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Credentialing: 60-90 Days
- Requirement: 2 years+ of Medicare Advantage Exp required, no exceptions
- Support: Full office staff and midlevels
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 230-250K
- Quality Metrics Bonus: 30% of annual salary (Guaranteed the 1st year)
