- Specialty: Internal Medicine - Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism

- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Coverage Required: 9/1/2025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
- License: An active Indiana state license or IMLC membership is required
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 15-20 patients per shift.
