Patient Population: Adult patients
Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology practice
Responsibilities: Treating and managing diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis; performing high-level endocrinology care
Required Procedures: None specified
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: On-site Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) being implemented
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: Not required

Compensation Package:

• $265,000-$300,000 annually

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism - REQUIRED
• Active Colorado license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
• Visa support not required
