Job Details:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
  
• Procedures: Offering adults specialized, high level care for the treatment and management of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis. Practice does not see Pediatric patients.
• Patient census: 15 patients/day.
• Schedule: Full time

Job Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  
• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
  
• CO license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice (preferred)

• The pay range for this full-time position is $265,000-$300,000/annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
