Details:

Shift: Locum 8hrs Day, Shifts Per Week: 1-2, Schedule Hours: 8

Start Date: 2/3/25

Length: 13 Weeks

Additional Information:

Dates of Coverage: Starting 2/3/25. Hours each day: 8am-5pm, M-F, Lunch hour: 30mins. On Call schedule: None

Experience requested: Gender-affirming care, HIV Experience preferred

Certifications Required: DEA in FL, BLS, ACLS

EMR/EHR system: ECW - Will Train if unfamiliar

How many providers on site: 2

Support Staff: 2 NP and 3 MA, Clinic Manager, Front Desk

Age Range: 18+

Specific Dress Code: Business casual and/or Scrubs

Mileage Reimbursement: over 50 miles

No Hotel/Rental Car
