Job Description
Dignity Health Medical Group a Multi-specialty Group (Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Geriatric, GI, Urology and others) which includes a well-established Primary Care service line with strong built-in referral base is seeking a General Endocrinologist.
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent clinical and leadership skills;
- Will collaborate with leadership to design, develop, implement and execute roll out of the service line;
- Is entrepreneurial in spirit. Will direct and supervise the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, procedures and budgets for all aspects of clinical care, medical education and research for the service line;
- Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients of the Prescott Area
- Is a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospital;
- Is duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona;
- Is board certified or board eligible in their specialty;
- Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators and patients;
- Demonstrates advanced competency in their specialty.

Responsibilities
Summary of this role and what we need:
- Includes heavily diabetes, pumps, sensors and downloads. Also full scope of endocrine practice.
- May include FNA thyroid.
- New Grads or established physicians
- Joining group of 1 NP (Diabetics)
- All populations - 18 and older - all referrals are reviewed before accepted into practice.
- No Peds
- Office Patients: 15-20 per day
- Clinic hours only - Monday – Friday, negotiable for 4-10’s
- No Procedures
- No call
Qualifications
Minimum
- Completion of a residency and a fellowship in Endocrinology, in ACGME approved programs
- Currently BC/BE
- Valid state medical license as MD or DO
- Valid DEA certificate
- New grad or experienced Endocinologist
Pay Range
$112.93 - $154.13 /hour
