Part-time Endocrinology Opening near Hartford, CT
Located in New Britain, CT - Hartford 10m
Part-time position: 24 hours
Seeking BC/BE
Position Details:
- Shift Details: Flexible on scheduled days, 24 hours per week of patient facing time, 8-4:30, rotating on call coverage after hours and weekends.
- Serving a large population with a variety of complex endocrine disorders with the focus on gestational diabetes, using a team-based approach toward diabetes wellness and prevention.
- Being a part of advanced multispecialty teams of radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery and oncology specialists, as well as MSK endocrine oncology collaboration.
- Outpatient practice on the campus, focused on multi-disciplinary advanced endocrine disease.
- Time spent with the Diabetes Life Care program
- One week per month general endocrinology inpatient rotation
- Our team includes four registered dietitians to assist with meal planning, meter and insulin teaching, and Continuous Glucose Monitoring.
