Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join an established Endocrine and Diabetes team in Dekalb, Illinois. The selected candidate will provide dedicated support to an existing Medical Group while enjoying a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other endocrine disorders.
- Provide outpatient care with consult-only hospital coverage.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Offer patient counseling on the management of endocrine disorders.
- Participate in educational programs and professional development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.
- Illinois Medical License (active or pending).
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
