Job Title: BE/BC Endocrinologist
Location: Dekalb, Illinois (One hour from Chicago)

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join an established Endocrine and Diabetes team in Dekalb, Illinois. The selected candidate will provide dedicated support to an existing Medical Group while enjoying a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other endocrine disorders.
  • Provide outpatient care with consult-only hospital coverage.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Offer patient counseling on the management of endocrine disorders.
  • Participate in educational programs and professional development.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.
  • Illinois Medical License (active or pending).
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
