**Endocrinology opening in Helena, MT** We are excited to expand primary and specialty care in our brand-new multi-specialty building opening in Helena, Montana in early 2024. Our medical team will offer services in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and Oncology, with the potential to add more specialties as the market demands. This state-of-the-art facility will feature modern clinic and office spaces, radiology, lab services, an ASC, an infusion center, and outreach space for our physicians from Great Falls to provide mentorship and care. **Position Details** - Clinics operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends or call. - Flexible full-time or part-time positions available, including 4-day work weeks for work-life balance. - Outreach opportunities and telehealth visits if desired. - Strong leadership and support for building a practice in Helena. - Financially stable, not-for-profit health system focused on quality care. - Access to a regional tertiary center in Great Falls for additional specialty support. **Benefits Details** - Competitive salary with bonus incentives. - Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. - $5,000 CME allowance annually + $1,000 for license/dues. - 8 weeks of paid time off. - Retirement plan with a 5-7% match + 457b program. - Malpractice coverage including tail. - Physician wellness programs and monthly leadership meetings. - J1 waiver or H1B visa transfer support available if needed. **Community Details** Helena, the capital city of Montana, has a population of 34,000 and enjoys mild winters and over 300 days of blue skies each year.
