• Primarily Outpatient Practice
• 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
• EPIC EMR
• Join Established Team of 2 Physicians and 2 APP's
• Full Support Staff Including a Diabetic Educator, Medical Assistant, etc.
