- Immediate opportunity for an experienced Diabetes & Endocrinology Physician - Travel between 4 clinics, generally one per day
- Provide care to retired San Antonio Fire, Police, and other First Responders. - - Beautiful, state-of-the-art health and wellness centers offer a variety of services including on-site physical therapy, health and nutrition coaching, mental health care and more!
- Partner with Primary Care Physicians, Clinical Pharmacist, Care Navigators and RNs in a collaborative care model.
Monday " Friday, 8:00am " 5:00pm. No late clinic hours, no after-hours charting or call.
