- We're dedicated to superior healthcare with a focus on disease prevention and management.
- Our services span primary and chronic care, medical weight management, diabetes, podiatry, endocrinology, and more.
- Collaborate with over 30 providers delivering personalized, evidence-based treatments.
👩??? Job Description and Schedule:
- Location: Sacramento (100% outpatient practice).
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Walk into a bustling practice with patient appointments scheduled in advance.
- Enjoy strong medical staff support, seeing around 18-20 patients daily.
- Patient panel starts at 18 years old, focusing on diabetes, hypothyroidism, and more.
- Rare call with nurse triage; EMR system is EPIC.
💰 Financial Package and Benefits:
- Base Salary + partnership track @ 24 months
