Overview

Group in Saginaw, MI – is looking for full-time BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our team. This role includes resident and medical student education. There is an opportunity for a formal educational position, for those who desire programmatic leadership and have the requisite experience. The Endocrinology Faculty assists the current team by supporting the strategic initiatives of the department. This position is full time, employed position that offers a very competitive salary, vacation, benefits, malpractice, etc. Candidate must be able to obtain a Michigan license and interested in scholarly activities. The role is responsible for outpatient services while precepting medical students and residents. This opportunity provides flexibility to fit candidates into the appropriate setting for the success of the program as well as the development of the candidate. Administrative duties associated with department as well as scholarly activities including Research and Publishing are compulsory with protected time allocated for these pursuits. This position is allocated for Clinical 80% Academic 20% protected time provided.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO
  • State of Michigan licensed or eligible
  • Board-eligible or certified in Endocrinology/Metabolism
  • Controlled Substance license
  • Must meet credentialing criteria
  • Leadership or educational experience preferred
