Join a team of established Endocrinologists.
This is the preferred Endocrinology team in the area.
Established referral network in place.
Treat type 1, type 2, and Gestational Diabetes.
Diabetes Education Center
1 in 4 Call covers only one facility.
There is an academic affiliation if you have interest in teaching and/or research.

The Endocrinologist will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders. The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable about the endocrine system. The Endocrinologist will specialize in diagnosing and treating hormone imbalances by prescribing medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing counseling.

This location allows for you to live in some of the best suburbs of Chicago such as Glen Ellyn, St. Charles, or Naperville.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders
Manage patient conditions and prescribe medications
Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
Consult with other healthcare professionals to develop a treatment plan
Perform physical exams and evaluate patient progress
Provide patient education and counseling on endocrine disorders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care
Keep accurate records of patient visits and treatments

Qualifications

Medical degree and board certification in endocrinology
Active license to practice medicine
Knowledge of endocrine physiology and pharmacology
