A not-for-profit healthcare system headquartered in Springfield, Missouri has a position available for an Endocrinologist. It consists of more than 80 clinics and 200 primary care physicians serving a 25-county region of Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Its multispecialty clinic physician group, offers 23 specialties. It is Springfield's largest employer and the 7th largest non-governmental employer in the state of Missouri.
About the Practice Opportunity
- BC/BE Endocrinologist will join our energetic team at thriving outpatient Endocrinology practices in both Springfield and Branson, Missouri.
- Excellent work-life balance with flexible, customizable full-time scheduling.
- Well-trained support staff includes multiple APPs and CDEs.
- Both clinics have dedicated AIUM-accredited ultrasound/biopsy procedure rooms.
- Our group includes the nation?s first three VMG-certified Interventional Endocrinologists on staff, who can support you if you prefer a non-procedural-based practice.
- On-site moderate complexity lab with infusion rooms for in-house IV infusions/testing, insulin tolerance tests, etc.
- Optional teaching opportunities with our medical school and residency program affiliations.
- Choose between two locations to live and work - both clinics work together to support call coverage needs.
- 1:6 weekend call via phone consults only.
- A collaborative relationship with an Inpatient Endocrine team that covers weekday inpatients and consults.
- Both experienced and new upcoming fellow grads are encouraged to apply.
Financials
- Position includes attractive base salary, RVU-based production bonuses, and signing bonus.
- The comprehensive benefits package includes malpractice, health, life, dental, vision, 403b pension plan, 25 days PTO/CME with expenses, and $10K relocation.
