Beautiful SE Iowa – Riverfront community is building a new team of hospital- employed emergency medicine physicians. This is a 14,000 volume ED with single coverage. Requirements are emergency medicine or primary care training and Board prepared/certified with ED experience. You will enjoy working in this charming community and be rewarded with a compensation package of $140/hr plus comprehensive hospital benefits and possible loan assistance... Entertainment is abundant with numerous parks providing: scenic overlooks, picnicking, golf, tennis and basketball, walking/jogging trails, playgrounds, softball and baseball, in-line skating and outdoor swimming. If you like Jazz you’ll enjoy the Rollin’ on the River Blues Festival, a musical treat that attracts blues musicians from the bayou to the Windy City. Held in Victory Park beneath the Bridge, many folks design vacations around a boating trip upriver to be a part of the two-night series of blues concerts.

A variety of educational choices is important to the community. The city offers opportunities ranging from private to public, with classes extending from pre-kindergarten through community college. Several four-year colleges and universities are within a 90-minute drive. Unique historical attractions, community celebrations, festivals, plentiful parks and hometown atmosphere draw visitors and potential residents alike to this welcoming city on the Mississippi River.
