Health Center is seeking a BE/BC residency trained Emergency Medicine physician to replace positions vacated as long-term physicians step into administrative roles. Join a cohesive group of physicians who are all emergency medicine residency trained and board certified and have an average tenure of 14 years. Work closely with a talented group of advanced practice providers and staff.

- 32 room department recently renovated and optimized
- All day and evening shifts; no overnights
- Full time is 15 10-hour shifts per month
- Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
- Adult and pediatric hospitalists do their own admissions
- Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts

Centrally located, the Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties.
