TeamHealth has an excellent full-time opportunity for a physician to join our emergency department (ED) team at Regional Medical Center located in the highly desirable area of San Jose, California. You will enjoy working with a team that promotes the development of your skills and fosters an environment of care! We ask that you are trained in emergency medicine (EM) and are board certified or board eligible.

Regional Medical Center of San Jose is a large community hospital serving the local community for over 50 years. This low acuity hospital has an annual volume of 93,000, an 8% admission rate, averaging 1.8 patients per hour. Meditech EMR. Overlapping 10-hour shifts supported with daily APC coverage.

Competitive compensation with an estimated base pay range:
- For employees: minimum $345,000/annually to maximum of $480,000/annually
- For independent contractors: minimum $370,000/annually to maximum of $510,000/annually
