The Emergency Medicine locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania…

-Duration: December 5, 2020 – January 31, 2021 (potential for extension or locum tenens to permanent)

-Location: 90 miles east of Pittsburgh, PA

-Schedule: Spot Coverage, future dates TBD

>open dates: December 5th, 6th, 26th, and 27th / January 2nd, and 3rd

-Shift: 6p – 6a

-Call: None

-Scope: 9 beds with 1 designated Triage room, NO fast track

>ED Physicians respond to floor and ICU codes and imminent delivery in OB if OB is not physically in house

-Patient volume: 7a-3p:10-20, 3p-11p:15-25, 11p-7a:5-8

>admission rate: 11%

-Support: No advanced practice providers assigned to service

-Group: 17 ED doctors covering 4 hospitals

-Hospital: 14K annual visits, 45 beds, no trauma level

- EMR: Med Series 4

-Required: Must be PA licensed, Board certified FM/IM, with ED experience, or ED Boarded
