Practice Setting

Schedule


  • 5+ shifts per month that work for you
    • Blend of 12- and 24-hour shifts available
    • 7a-7p and 7p-7a rotations


Procedures and Cases


  • Bread-and-butter emergency medicine
  • ED manages floor codes
  • Low-acuity with a 4% admit rate


Requirements


  • EM, IM, or FM boarded or eligible (within 3 years of residency)
  • ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and NRP all required
  • 8 hours of Stroke CME needed
  • Active Alabama license required
