Location: Gillette, WY Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM | No weekends, no call, no RVUs
Compensation: Up to $320,000 annually, based on experience

We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to deliver fast, efficient, high-quality care in a same-day/urgent care setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment but want the work-life balance of clinic hours, this is the role for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Professional Duties:

• Provide immediate care for non-life-threatening acute conditions in a walk-in setting

• Perform minor procedures: laceration repair, I&Ds, splinting, wound care

• Use diagnostic tools including X-rays, ECGs, and POC testing

• Prescribe treatments using evidence-based protocols

• Coordinate referrals and transfers when necessary

Administrative & Collaborative:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

• Attend clinical meetings, peer reviews, and participate in quality improvement

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff

✅ Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• Active Wyoming medical license (or ability to obtain)

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

• 1+ year of Emergency Department experience preferred (new grads welcome)
