• Special Services: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Urology, Gastroenterology, ICU, Ortho, Psych, Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging, General Surgery

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• If not Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, must have ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Active LA License
• Orientation, EMR Training, and shadow shift required
• Privileging Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Expedited locum privileges available with a clean file
