Coverage Need/Schedule Details: ***Looking for a Full-Time Physician for ideally 300 hours per month with no less than 133 hours per month. Department runs 24/7 shifts. Looking for flexibility to work any of the shifts provided.***

Shift Times: ***Candidates who are flexible to all shift times will be considered first***

• A: 6a-3p B: 8a-5p C: 9a-5p D: 12p-8p E: 2p-11p F: 4p-12a G: 4p-1a H: 10p-6a
• APP1: 7a-7p APP2: 7p-7a

Submission Requirements: ***MUST meet ALL requirements in order to submit***

• Board Certified ( Willing to look at alternate boards as long as their certification is current ) - REQUIRED
• If Boarded in an alternate specialty ACLS, PALS, ATLS - REQUIRED
• Alternate Boarded specialty: Must complete moderate sedation Quiz - REQUIRED
• Must be Available for at least 2 weeks per month in order to submit: REQUIRED
• Must state availability when submitting - REQUIRED
• PA DEA - REQUIRED
• PA License or willing to obtain - REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS: REQUIRED

• Annual volume- 54,000
• Reason for Job Opening: Candidate on Leave;Turnover Vacancy
• ED Beds: 46
• Patients per shift:16
• APP’s available for coverage.
• % of annual volume admitted: 25%
• Total annual admissions: 13,500
• ED Doc requests admissions, then admitting unit assumes responsibility when patient leaves the ED
• % of pediatrics: 7%
• % adult: 93%
• 329 bed hospital
• Stroke Certified
• EMR- Sunrise
