- Seeking multiple locum/locum to perm EM providers to start as soon as credentialed!
- Shifts and Hours: Days and Night--Focus on nights for June and come July will need day and night coverage
- Dates of Coverage: June 2025, Ongoing. Starting in June 8-10 shifts per month needed. July ongoing will be a consistent 10-12 shifts per month.
- Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 15%
- Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: 1-2 pts per day
- Trauma Level/Designation: None-we are a community hospital
- Total Number of Beds: 44
- Annual ER Volume: 55,000
- Number of ED Physicians in Group: 11 total physicians of which 5 are leaving
- Fast track in ED
- Fast Track Staffed APP
- Percent (%) of Total ED Volume Treated by Fast Track: 40%
- Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? APPs yes

- Secondary to ED emergencies, we have a response team. ED does airway on that team

- Are Deliveries Received in ED or Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery? L&D
- Is ED Responsible for Monitoring/Supervising Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio? Yes
