Join Our Growing Emergency Medicine Team in Owensboro, KY

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our community-focused team in Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or recent residency graduate who is looking for a supportive environment with the chance to make a direct impact.

Practice Setting:

• 40-bed ED with advanced technology, including Trauma rooms, Behavioral Health rooms, and Fast Track rooms
• Level 3 Trauma Center certified in sepsis, stroke, and ACS, with a Level III NICU
• Opportunity to teach as part of the Family Medicine Residency Program
• 64 hours of physician coverage daily, with 40 hours of APC coverage

Schedule:

• Staggered shifts, split proportionally between days, swing, and nights
  • Average of 1.85 patients per hour per physician

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $409,500 annually, plus up to $75,000 upfront bonus and engagement bonus of up to $20,000
• Up to $100K in loan forgiveness ($25K/year for 4 years) and residency stipends available
• Comprehensive benefits include $6,000 CME allowance, professional expenses coverage, full health/dental/vision benefits, retirement plans, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
