Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
Clinical Information:
- Projecting 15,000-28,500 anticipated ER visits year 1, approximately 42 visits per day
- Fully integrated with main campus
- 24 hours of Physician Coverage
- 10,000 square feet
- 11 emergency room bays, including a fully equipped Trauma bay
- All private treatment rooms
- State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound and Radiology
- Ambulance bay for EMS access
- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified or Board Prepared in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Active FL License
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
