Locums Emergency Medicine Need in Florida

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
• Day shift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a)

Clinical Information:

• Approximately 11,000 square-foot facility
• 11 emergency exam rooms, CT scan, digital X-ray, ultrasound, on-site laboratory services
• 12k-27k annual patient visits
• 11 private patient rooms
• 24-hours physician coverage
• Separate pediatric waiting area, triage and dedicated bay
• State-of-the-art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound and Radiology
• Fully integrated with main campus
• Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus
• Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active FL License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
