• 9-15 shifts a month (your preference) and schedules posted a year in advance.
• 6a-6p, 6p-6a OR 7a-7p, 7p-6a
• Minimum 8 shifts per month

• Clinical Details

• Float between several facilities
• 30-50 depending on the location
• Annual Volume Average of 10,000-23,000 annual patient visits per emergency department
• All Locations are a Level 3 Trauma Facility
• Will see all ages
• Skills required: Physician will manage multiple patients both with serious and non-serious illnesses and injuries including heart attacks, stroke, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia, and perform assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments as needed to resuscitate or stabilize patients and refer them to the appropriate medical departments.

• Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active IN License, DEA and CSR
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS or ACLS
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Charting Experience: Epic
• Trauma Level II Experience

• Support Staff

• APPs
• 24-hour hospitalist coverage for admissions
• 24-hour real-time Radiology reading of all studies
• 24-hour in-house X ray and CT with US on call at night

• EMR

• EPIC
