Job Responsibilities
Assess and treat patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions in the emergency department.
Perform essential procedures such as suturing, intubation, and other life-saving interventions.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient encounters.
Stay updated on current medical practices, research, and advancements in emergency medicine.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Manage cases involving various specialties including but not limited to Dermatology, Hematology, Pulmonology, Oncology, and Pain Management.
Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to emergency care.
Experience in ER or urgent care settings is highly desirable.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of emergency medicine.
Working Hours
Minimum of 10-12 Shifts Monthly
