Emergency Department

  • ED Volume: 18,000
  • Staffing Model: 33 hours
    • Physician hours/coverage: 33 hours
    • 12/12 physician shifts, 12-hour APP shifts
  • EMR: Epic with Dragon
  • Helipad for all emergency conditions requiring transfer
  • Full-service ED treats a wide variety of acutely ill and injured patients including sepsis, cardiac emergencies, respiratory emergencies, general surgery, stroke, orthopedic, and pediatrics care

You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department, and as a leader within the organization. Details

  • Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
  • Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
  • Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff

Salary

  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $167/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $210/hour to $230/hour. Additional leadership stipend.
