Third busiest ED in Arizona, located on the west side of Phoenix, serving Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Buckeye, Goodyear, and the Gila River Indian Reservation. ED located on a a full-service medical campus, with 317 all-private beds, offering an array of medical services, including heart care, emergency services, general surgery, weight loss surgery, medical imaging, orthopedic surgery, and a comprehensive maternity services program
Shift times:
Monday thru Friday:
6a-2p, 7a-4p, 7a-5p, 10a-7p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 6p-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a
Saturday and Sunday:
6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-6p, 11a-8p, 2p-11p, 3p-12a, 6a-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a
Position Profile:
- Brand new state-of-the art emergency department
- 75 ED Beds
- 85,000 annual volume, 83% adult, 17% Peds
- 10-12-Hour Shifts
- Level 4 Trauma
- EMS arrivals: average 35 a day
- Advanced Practice Provider coverage
- Scribe coverage
- All specialties available except: Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.

Qualifications
-ATLS--For BC Physicians, have had to obtained it at some point. For BE, it must be current
-MUST be Current for Board Eligible ONLY .Providers are only Board-Eligible (BE) for 5 years.
- If the provider has not received boards within 3 years there must be a detailed explanation as to why boards have not been completed within the 1st 3 years.
-MUST be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible
-Must have at least 2 years of experience working in ED.
