Rush Copley Medical Center is a member of Rush, an academic health system, and the leading provider of health services to the greater Fox Valley area. Job Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Emergency Department, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Clinical Oversight: Ensure high standards of clinical care are maintained and oversee the treatment of approximately 52,000 patients annually.

Operational Management: Manage the clinical operations of the Emergency Department and resource management to ensure optimal patient flow and care.

Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.

Education and Training: Support the professional development of the medical team through ongoing education, training, and mentorship.

Collaboration: Work closely with hospital administration, other departments, and community partners to support the hospital’s mission and strategic goals.
