Requirements:

• Board Certified in either EM or FP with ER experience (2+ years)
• Provider must be local
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing
• DEA – Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
• MI License – Required at time of clear no exceptions
• not accepting IMLCACLS/ATLS/PALS (for non EM boarded physicians)
• BLS – REQUIRED
