Requirements:

• M.D.
• D.O.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program
• Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency in the last 6 months
• ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Clean Malpractice
