Requirements:

• Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour – REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) – REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent ED experience REQUIRED
• NRP-REQUIRED
• Ohio License REQUIRED not accepting IMLC
• Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
• Clean background – no malpractice – required for credentialing
