Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Full time, 12 hour shifts

Clinical Information:

• 25,000 annual volume ED
• 12 ED beds
• Single physician coverage with 2 APP’s during the day
• 1 physician and 1 APP in house nights
• Accredited Chest Pain Center, cardiology services include a 24/7 STEMI program, interventional cardiology, and a 24-hour cardiac catheterization lab with an on-call team
• Certified Primary Stroke Center
• Dedicated trauma room specifically for trauma patients
• On-site diagnostic imaging and testing
• Level IV Trauma Center

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active TX License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
