- 75 ED Beds
- 85,000 annual volume, 83% adult, 17% Peds
- 10-12-Hour Shifts
- Level 4 Trauma
- EMS arrivals: average 35 a day
- Advanced Practice Provider coverage
- Scribe coverage
- All specialties available except: Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.
- 3rd Busiest ED in AZ
- Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible

Job Responsibilities
Brand new state-of-the art emergency department

Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible
EMR: CERNER
Qualifications
MUST be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible (Banner only accepts ABEM or ABOEM board certifications)
Must have at least 2 years of experience working in ED.
CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent on top
Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents

M-F: 6a-2p, 7a-4p, 7a-5p, 10a-7p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 6p-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a Sat-Sun: 6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-6p, 11a-8p, 2p-11p, 3p-12a, 6a-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a (No shift guarantees, based on the needs of the site). Minimum 5 shifts per month
