Compensation: $200 - $300 per hour

About the Role:

Delphi Healthcare, a leader in emergency medicine staffing since 1995, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, including initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition.
• Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions as needed.
• Work in a collaborative environment with nursing staff, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) (MEDITECH used at Bradford Regional Medical Center).
• Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Site Details:

Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA)

• 14,000 annual volume
• 12-hour physician shifts
• APP support
• No ICU available
• Flexible scheduling

Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY)

• 25,000 annual volume
• Flexible scheduling
• APPs provide mid-shift support
• Day & night shifts available

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM), Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience).
• Active medical license in Pennsylvania and/or New York.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting.
